About Intervals
Intervals is a progressive metal band hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The band became purely instrumental in late 2013. Intervals has toured throughout Canada and the United States with bands such as Protest The Hero, Between The Buried and Me and The Contortionist. The band has released two EPs, The Space Between (2011) and In Time (2012). The band released its debut album (featuring vocals) A Voice Within on March 4th, 2014, which was followed by the instrumental The Shape of Colour on December 4th, 2015.
